Currently, the situation is "evolution - in; creationism - out". He wants that to read "evolution - in; creationism - in." That is the crux of, in fact, the very definition of, "balanced treatment".

Notice the situation with evolution in both cases. It's not a case of getting evolution *out* of the schools; "balanced treatment" is all about getting creationism *into* the classroom. That's your "balanced treatment".

Therefore, anything, by default AND Laurlie's own admission, against evolution is therefore null. He can only possibly advance his shoddy case by ONLY, as you note, presenting evidence for creationism; NOT by attacking (no matter how futily, ridiculously or idiotically he does so) evolution.

If, and I realize that this is a gargantuan if, Laurlie has a single honest electron in his whole warped body, he will cease and desist with his moronic and innefectual "anti-evolution" methods (OOC quoting, lying and just plain ignoring evidence) and only post evidence to support his ridiculous claims.

And, like the man who pulls his asshole over his own head, Laurlie will quite properly dissapear in a puff of illogic and leave just a small pile of polyester ashes and the vague smell of gherkins and kerosene.
