This is a bit of an odd cycle, since you wrote the Kr I am about to request to be withdrawn. However, you are also the MAA, so per Disputed Ethics Chits I am routing it to your MAA hat. Re: your KR dated 4 January 1999. I request that this report be withdrawn as it is Hearsay and contains false reports. That I say the report is Hearsay is per the definition of Hearsay in HCOPL COMMITEES OF EVIDENCE SCIENTOLOGY JURISPRUDENCE, ADMINISTRATION OF, “Hearsay evidence (saying one heard somebody say that somebody else did) should not be admissible evidence,....” Since the report is basically “April says that Bill says that Virginia says, it is definitely Hearsay, as well as containing false and altered data, and it should be withdrawn. If you still want specifics on the false reports contained in your report, I can provide them, but as it is “Hearsay”, I request that it be removed regardless, as it cannot be used for any Justice actions.
