I did not receive a copy of this KR. This violates HCOPL Staff Member Reports. I received a copy of this report from Debra Barnes, some time after Deborah was interviewed on this report by April. During this interview, Debra asked April if she had given me a copy of this report. Per Debra, April said “No, I didn’t want to stir her up”. As part of my Board of Review, I asked that I be given copies of any recent reports on me, per Justice policies. I did not receive a copy of April’s report from the Board. Upon asking Harriet, the LRH COMM, why I did not recieve a copy of this report (which April had not sent to me), Harriet said that she had asked April if I got a copy of this report, and that April had replied “I made sure Virginia got a copy of the report”. If Harriet’s statement of what April said is accurate, then April lied. This should be checked into, and if it is found to be true that April lied, April needs to be handled on this.
