Both the reports contained False and altered data. I applied HCOPL Disputed Ethics Chits, and sent the data on what was false, or altered, in a withdrawal request to April, Maa SC. April has refused to forward these requests, and allow me to confront my accuser with the accusation. I also cannot then take the steps to correct the false information. Due to this refusal by April, my next recourse is to write False Report Reports on Wendy, which I have done. Additionally, I am being threatened with a Non-Enturbulation order by the MAA, April, based off of data from Wendy’s reports, as well as April’s report. A report written on my husband, is also being used against me as part of the basis for the above threatened discipline. I suspect that April could be intentionally not forwarding my withdrawal requests, because if I am successful in correcting the false data and getting the reports withdrawn, April would then have no basis to either threaten to issue, or actually issue a Non-Enturbulation Order. Again, I suspect this, I do not have proof. This should be investigated.
