High Crime Report In a conversation with Marina, concerning getting applied correctly the HCOB ’s C/S Series 73RB, and Confessionals and the Non-Interference Zone, Marina stated if we didn’t do a six month security check, how would we know? (if someone was doing well or not).It was also questioned “what would you do if you were RTC?”. I was then informed that “People lie, falsify W/s, don’t pull W/h’s, don’t disclose out-ethics scenes, and this is why we can’t not do sec checking every 6 months”, and “which one is a bigger overt?”. The above explanations are justification as to why these 2 LRH HCOB’s are not being applied correctly to Solo Nots Pre-Ot’s. This is the High Crime of violations of KSW, and is a Tech Degrade. It should be noted that Marina was the only terminal I had worked with at flag that was initially willing to look at the application of these bulletins at least to me, (her idea), but not to the entire group. She said that she would be consider it for me, but I never received an actual “yes” on that.
