In September 1998, I refused to do any further sec-checking as it was out-tech. Since that time the above people have essentially forced me to do sec-checking, in order to rid me of the viewpoint that LRH states in HCOB C/S series 73RB, and Confessionals and the Non-Interference Zone. I have repeatedly stated that it is out-tech and protested it, and I am then forced to do more confessionals, or I won’t be let back onto OT 7, and also under threat of not receiving C/s and MAA ok to go home. This scenario has happened twice so far. Most recently I have received 2 comms from April essentially saying I am out-ethics for refusing to complete an HCO Confessional (six month security check). April is threatening to do the actions under “Justice” of the HCOB HCO Confessionals, as well as per an HCOPL on the same note. this is another attempt to force auditing on me under threat of punishment. High Crime is “forcing auditing on a pc when he is refusing or protesting it, rather than finding out why the pc doesn’t want the auditing and straightening it out is using auditing suppressively.”
