I am going through a very stressful time in my life which I really love but need to find some new methods for relaxing and building up power. I am curious to see what you might have as tried and true methods of your own. I am very busy and don't get to take a lot of time for myself and I am not really into a great deal of ritual. I like the basics. Do you have any suggestions mundane or otherwise.

Meditation is the key. Whether you do it at your desk at work or leave your office and just get some air, find a quiet spot somewhere for at least 15 minutes and ground yours. Breathe deeply and clear your mind. I work in Manhattan and have a seriously stressful job myself and at least twice a day I go outside, find a tree (which is difficult in the city!) and sit under or near it and do jsut that. It relaxes me and brings me back to the reality of the earth around me. When I have more time, I do yoga and take long baths (with salts and surrounded with candles) Hope this helps!

Theese are real methods I can use and fit into my busy schedule. It really helps to know you have a busy life like I do thank you. I used to take my lunches at the park once or twice a week at another job I had before but it was very easy then as I workede right next to a park. I think I will start up again and bring that back into my life because it was great. Thanks for the ideas.
