Do you believe in a higher power and by what name is he called.

Merry Meet, Well this is a difficult question to answer for the entire population of wiccans. Generally wiccans have a God and Goddess. The Golden Beauty and her Horned Consort. Whether you belive that they are a greater power or a reflection of your inner self is really up to you (one of the good things about wicca). Personally i believe that the God and Goddess are are 'higher power' and that they protect me. Not all people think this way however and that is fine. Belive what you want because it's all cool!!!
