Are there any *cheap* (but good) over the counter medications to help with depression that you know of?

saint johns wart. you can get the ginaric bottle or stress tab it has a picture of a candle lit at both ends. ginsing is good if you want energy to get through a day you know make you more active. another thing that works alittle is bee pollen.
