Going on a year ago, I filed a complaint with the State Bar of California. I had about concluded they had circular filed it when I recently got a letter and a phone call requesting more material. It happens the harvest has been *bountiful* recently, so among other things I sent in the recently posted Wager deposition.

This morning on the phone I brought the attention of the person at the State Bar to page 57, line 24. In subsequent discussion the material here was characterized as a "smoking gun." This person has been made aware of the moves going on today against Graham Berry, and the highly improper use of the State Bar in this matter.

We out here in a.r.s land are having a significant impact. The next few days and perhaps weeks should be most enlightening.
