Keith Henson reports that in yet more good news today, Graham Berry was not disbarred, however there are further proceedings. A Judge Harry Goldade held the hearing with Graham, and is reported as commenting that, paraphrase, the court considered the state bar's to be factionaly and legally flawed, and he continued the hearing until Apr 30 to allow Graham time to present more evidence and explanations.
As soon as contact information and anything further is known, it will be made available, and this time with time enough for experienced parties to present first-hand information, either affidavits for Graham or amicus curiae briefs for the court.
This one isn't over but is in a holding pattern for today. This may have been as a result of Graham's presentation of extremely irregular conduct and dishonest claims being made against him, and I can hope that the last minute show of support helped.
Thanks everyone and while Graham isn't out of the woods yet, we have another opportunity to help clean up the festering mess created by this vicious and criminal cult and its unethical lawyers.
Indeed, as of today, the Bar is now investigating Kendrick Moxon, an avenue which may, indeed, prove fruitful.
