Dear AskMe Wicca Experts,
I am an expert in this category myself and have recently spent sometime answering insincere questions from christians who are only using the AskMe service as their pulpit. Now we have a question from a Moslem. Did any of you who answered this question receive any negative or preachy feedback from the Moslem?
Also, as folks have to register with AskMe to use the service I have decided to click on their AskMe name and take a look at their profile before answering any public questions. I don't like be condemned for my faith and feel it is rather hard that these folks seek us out for this purpose. I do hope no pagans or wiccans are playing these games with the experts in other religious categories. I feel that we are bit more noble in nature than that.
What ought we to do when we feel that answering a question is pointless because the questioner is not sincerely seeking information?

Dear Gentle One,
I actually researched the moslem myself before I answered the question. It was an innocuous question that I felt I could answer in a knowledgeable way. I haven't received any answer from it and I haven't been rated yet. But what I gleaned from his profile didn't seem like he would be a Fundie, and it seemed like a genuine question.
I read questions and decide if I have something to contribute in answering. I read all the previous answers, and if I have something to contribute that hasn't been covered in other answers, then I feel I have fulfilled my purpose of being here.
I refuse to play Fundie games, and report those who do. The best advice I can give is to search your heart and listen to your intuition before making any actions.
Blessings, Luise

I know what you mean. I read her/his profile to - the Moslems - and it seemed that he/she was okay but that other fellow - the Xtian who has been so mean lately has made me very cautious. Thanks for your answer.
