Hello... I know this is a very broad and general question to be asking, but I don't know of any better ways to approach it. I have been on a spiritual self-discovery these past few months, and as part of this journey, I have been researching as many forms of faith and religious beliefs as possible, searching for the one that truly calls to me, and that is necessary for me to follow in order to complete my life. I've always been drawn to nature, specifically because I feel a deep connection to it spiritually, and also because I am in awe of its power. Because of this, I have decided to look into some of the religions that revolve around this. So, I was wondering if anyone out there could offer up some good starting points for me, or any tips for my journey. I'm not looking for ANSWERS, persay, just advice to get me on the right path. I'm not interested SPECIFICALLY in Wicca, but since this is the only board for a "pagan religion", I figured I'd post on here. But any books you can reccommend or internet sites you can direct me to would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Saibh Aisling

I think for a starting point there is no better author than Scott Cunningham, he had the ability to take seemingly complicated concepts and present them in a way that is easy to understand and to apply. Also, "Pagan Ways" by Gwydion O'Hara has practical exercises to help people explore connections to nature. It is quite good. From there, I would suggest books by Gerina Dunwich. On the web, the best site is www.witchvox.com (I'm sure all the other people in this panel will have mentioned it also...). Check out the different sources, start off with what appeals to you, and from there you can modify the rest to suit your taste. I hope this helps. May you find what you're looking for.
